Online Orders: All orders must be prepaid by credit card, check, or money order prior to shipment. Wholesale orders may be made online. Once your wholesale application has been received and confirmed, you will become active within 24 hours, and then you may order online.
Pottery Pleasures On-line will not be held responsible for any damaged goods received regardless of form of trucking used. Examine all goods upon receipt for possible shipping damage, and report any such damage to the carrier immediately. The carrier is responsible for any loss or damage incurred while being shipped, not Pottery Pleasures. All damaged goods must and shall be soley the responsibility of the person whose name appears in the Bill To: section portion of all invoices. Any damage claims must be filed by said person. Pottery Pleasures does not represent or warrant that the items will be shipped or delivered within any specific time frame. Pottery Pleasures shall have no liability as a result of delays occuring in the course of shipping as a result of the carrier. No cash refunds, no cancellations. No returns or exchanges after 14 days of receipt. Merchandise credits issued only upon approval of returned goods. Merchandise credits are valid for 30 days of approved credit date. You will receive directions on where to return the merchandise and shipping directions once exchange is authorized via email. Email your request for exchange authorization to savenowinc@yahoo.com. Save Now Inc. reserves the right to determine if items will to be accepted for return and when possible will make an exchange. All S/H fees are non-refundable. Approved exchanges will be credited to your account less 25% re-stocking fee. No exchanges after 10 days of purchase. Approved exchanges must be in re-sellable condition. Otherwise, your account will remain charged for the merchandise. Once exchange is received, a receipt of the approved credit transaction to your account less s/h & re-stocking fees will be sent to your email address. If products are not in-stock you will be notified of the back order delay. We will do our best to ensure all of our products arrive at your location undamaged. Please inspect all orders upon delivery. Claims for exterior damage during shipment need to be made with the shipping carrier. Shipping: Wholesale orders, lead time will vary due to quantity.
